- Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants are back in court for the 99th day in their RICO trial in Atlanta.
Recently, the prosecution and the defense have been combing through video interviews with witness Kenneth "Lil Woody" Copeland, trying to decide which parts to play for the jury and which parts need to be redacted. The jury is expected to be off all this week as attorneys work through the interviews and jail calls.

This case will be thrown out. Fulton County is not in support of this waste of money! This is not RICO! A simple google search will show you what RICO looks like and this is not it. The DA office is just grasping for straws at this point and it is embarrassing.

This is definitely a rico case. Extortion, robbery, drug dealing and murder in with accordance of a gang is indeed rico. Whether u wanna say thug is the leader or not is something totally different. If any of the witnesses got in the stand and told the truth, this case would be over already

Not true the mistrial happend when the judge the prosecution questioned a witness without the defense present that's why and many more reasons before that situation the state is doing Jeffrey dirty and the police are coercing witnesses to stop helping Jeffrey by means of threats and police misconduct why nobody knows yet but it's a conspiracy right now and this court room isn't behaving to its best professional capacity
And of course when the judge knows he is caught he’s not going to but that’s fine everyone knows what he’s doing. And in the end I believe he will be recused and then fired cause who could ever have a fair trial now in this court. The lawyers are terrified of going to jail. How can they properly defend anyone now. They should be fired immediately

I want Adams working for me on all the foundational statements, first he is objective of these statements in the context that it only strengthens the prosecutions arguments as hearsay. Adams Fills every gap in the law based on a real justification not just “that's the States case your honour” where Hilton cannot define her where, what, when Why! This is critical! Go counsel for defence Adams you are a visionary and we as law students have so much to learn from you! I love your work!
Mistrial.... Non of what he said on stand holds any weight to any real details of the case pertaining to A RICO..😂This is not a Rico Case. Sounds like a lot of names being thrown in the mix to prove the opposite point rather than look at the actual persons in question. In one instance they trust a criminals word on another criminal they want to throw under the jail but won’t trust that same criminal when saying they had nothing to do with accused crime. The justice system is the biggest joke and scheme.

It seems strange the DA refers to everyone by their “street name” ex. Nutt, lil dee….it’s bizarre.
This entire circus makes me sick. If you haven’t already watch the other young men who have also been sitting in jail this entire time who didn’t take pleas - SH (refuse to say her name) actually said well when we’re done with the other defendants we will deal with these defendants! In regards to this case, Ms. Love has a huge stake in this case. She's clout chasing and trying to win a RICO case. One, it's not even a RICO. There's allegations, street level drug dealers thats convicted already. Also, non credible witnesses testifying about events from 2015. This trial is based on all hearsay. I don’t condone violence, but if I was a juror my verdict would be not guilty. This entire trial has no evidence and no kind of structure. I never seen a prosecution team ill prepared and all their witnesses falsifying information including the detectives. The lawyers do not have sworn testimony copies of what the witnesses previously said only audible tapes . Prosecutors usually have this information to the witness stand so the witness can recall what they said previously.The tapes you can barely hear what the person actually said. The DA need some more training in cases before indicting individuals.
