When the state lawyers get roasted by the defense lawyers. The judge get pissed .. he doing all he can helping his courtroom girlfriend..... I pray the jury see and recognizes whats going on.

This is the most unprofessional, unethical, and mishandled trial I've ever witnessed. They're extremely unorganized, and the judge is the conduent for this type of behavior carried out by the prosecutor. This is pain to watch. In the YFN case, that judge was extremely professional, he wasnt playful and maintained a level of organization within his courtroom. He allowed both sides to make their arguments thoroughly as he maintained a non-bias position. This is a 🎪.

HE then said I have to read it...then she approached him saying I just want to make sure we're looking at the same thing...HE said YES to the fact they're looking at the same factual #14. Then she walked away and didn't go back to the original question.

I have reported the obvious of his biased with the state. He doesn’t allow the defense attorneys to exercise their rights to defend. He isn’t open minded as he should. He sustains her EVERY objection. Love is a bully! She had a motive from jump!
This judge will do anything to help the prosecution. He actually just spent almost an hour looking for cases in their favor. He is a real embarrassment to the judicial process. No regards for the jury, only focused on running an unfair trial where he allows in anything damaging to the defendants, even if it is inadmissible. He is unfit to judge anyone and so are those dishonest prosecutors.

This was decade long investigation...which means the state was ready for trial the day they made the arrest. The defense teams needed time to prepare for this slaughter

She says gang like it's criminal. It is only criminal if gangs are killing people and taking control of an area. She can't prove that Tick killed anyone. She can't prove that Thug killed anyone either. She is grasping at straws. They were kids who grew up together, one of them made it as a rapper. Anybody could claim to be YSL but that does mean that Thug was their leader. He didn't need any of that little bit of money from individual drug sales either. Love always trying to get in doctored up evidence and that judge lets her do it. That's great for the appeal (if necessary). State will lose!

Keep in mind! in a RICO cases everything and the kitchen sink is allowed…it’s virtually impossible to not be found guilty! Bottom line…he should have made clear lines of distinction that he doesn’t deal with those katts…and he didn’t. We all know it’s true…all of them are guilty…sometimes we can’t be objective unless we become a victim of it.
Your jury wouldn't have to sit and wait on yall if your prosecutors would not try to get in improper evidence on the sly. Do you blame the defense for calling them out?
