Another good video Guil. How much time was actually spent in that 12-13 minute clip? Also, how close were you in your wire purchase estimate? Lots of leftovers, short somewhere and had to order more etc…

Wire estimate wasn't bad. I did end up with way too much 3-conductor... and I'm really not sure why I bought so much :) Everything else has reasonable leftovers.
I record at one frame per 0.5s, 30fps, and then speed it up another 8x in post. So 1s of youtube video is roughly 2 min of live time... 12 min yt video ~= 24 hours live? I could have mathed that wrong :)

I’m interested to see that get installed into the aircraft. Does it go in as a single bundle or do you need to break it into branches?

In process of shoving it into the plane right now. Having to make a large aluminum shoe horn :-D The next video shows how everything got broken up, stay tuned :)

Looks great! Regarding zip ties, they get really brittle over time and break apart.

Yeah, we've had mixed luck with zip ties. I'm yet to figure out what it is about ones that last forever vs ones that break up quickly. I suspect it's material + UV?
