O man do I love this car, it's known as "Silver Arrow" because that of its predecessors, I thought they named it that because of how sleek it was, I think it was one of those cars in FIA's dark list where they ban cars like these for being too fast.
Fastest car in the game, if you were to have Bob the B-spec driver compare them. Bob *can* technically go faster in the F1, but it requires that you cheat Bob, by moving the final drive of the transmissions so much further that he never gets access to the final gear. That way, he never goes into 'final gear mode', and hence, stays 100% on the throttle, and overtakes aggressively, rather than that slow ass shit. But if you throw the stock C9 vs the F1 on the Le Mans circuit, the C9 would quickly build a lead, and every pitstop would add massive distances between the cars.

I love the rattling GT-ONE engine it has. Something unique to GT4 is that all gt1, lmp900, lmp1, group c, and f1, and a few othwr fast cars have a rattling sound to the engine PLUS the WIND sound effect.

The C9's engine sound is basically the engine sound of the Toyota GT-ONE TS020.
They both sound exactly the same. Except the C9 sounds a lot more shakier.

The engine sound was so much better in this game than it is on Gran Turismo 5 and 6. Though, it's the absolute best on gran turismo sport.
