I've built wheels as a hobby for a number of years and had a lot of trouble with them until I realised what I was doing wrong. Firstly I was using recycled spokes, which were too stressed and at the end of their lives. I now only use new spokes. Secondly I had no objective way of measuring spoke tension, now rectified as I have this spoke tension measurer. This tool is I believe essential as it does allow one to get the tension very evenly around the wheel, which is crucial for a wheel to spread the load and keep true. I recommend it to anyone as a must have in wheel building and its a fraction of the price of Park tool.
yeah it looks like they calibrate it at the factory to use the same chart. the chart included with the ztto spoke meter is identical to the park tool one.

I can use uncallibrated but check only differences betwen spokes.

i didn't quite understand. is this tool well calibrated or did you have to recalibrate it yourself? can you use it,do you recommend?
By his testing, it is well calibrated,
is the ZTTO Conversion table the same as parktool? (You used Parktool TM-1 table here, not ZTTO)
