    Those are great looking ribs. I usually put the butter-honey-brown sugar combo down on the foil and lay the meat side on the foil, then repeat the process for the back of the ribs. Is there a reason for doing on the back side only? Great video and I just subbed.

      Thanks for watching! The back side of the ribs holds a lot of the liquid that gets created by the butter/honey/brown sugar and gives me more pullback on the bones overall from the steam pocket the foil creates. I’ve done it both ways and have also done no wrap and I feel like this yields the best results.
