@@jamalstrickland1 & I was telling Falcons fans that before the season. Now they locked themselves in for at least another year @$90 million...how much could've went to build up the O-line or Defense instead of a non mobile QB on the eve of his career.
I said the same thing: Kirk Cousins is an above-average quarterback whose numbers mislead people to think he is better than what he is. A team won't hit rock bottom with him, but he also doesn't elevate a team to be more than a lower-tier playoff squad.
@aroperdope yea but nobody can act as if they just 100 percent knew. It's not like we signed daniel jones lol. I was skeptical about kirk too but those games he played well all that went out the window. Now I can see he isn't the answer, it's obvious compared to the start of the season.
@@dirtybirdxx fine I'll concede that point. But there was no retort at all about signing someone coming off of an Achilles injury to that massive deal and then drafting a quarterback that high. It didn't make sense then and it doesn't now. And nobody had a retort to the contrary. And I mean nobody ( of relevance)
You gotta let him let ppl play. They have to learn how to dig themselves outta the hole they put themselves in. Or you will just stay scared of a slump. Never know how to end it.
The 4 TOs took attention away that he missed TWO guaranteed Touchdowns. One to Mooney was a bad throw and the other was Pitts wide open on the last drive (guys, I mean WIDE OPEN like his defender fell down and I dont understand how Kirk missed him
Until they fall out of the playoff race, you keep him under center. A lot of QB’s have had super up and down years - but with what he’s being paid he at least finishes year one as the starter.
@@BoiBoyyyit makes plenty of sense, you might as well finish the season with him, going to a rookie in the middle of the season during a playoff push is not ideal, you might as well ride that ship whether it sinks or not, you have to look at this way, if he stinks and we miss the playoffs, they know exactly who their quarterback is next season
@@jamalstrickland1, not at all. If he has another game like the Chargers - at least give Penix some reps. Unlikely they pull Cousins at all with that contract.
I’d bet $180 million they will stick with him
😂🤦🏽♂️ you ain't lying 💯 Raheem got too much faith in Cousins for some reason
Yea. If we miss the playoffs he may get the Arthur Smith treatment.
Yes, you’re right.
Naw if he stinks it up in Minnesota he's gonna get benched I'm willing to bet that.
I'll bet you 100 mill.
4 INTS
Kirk: "You like that!!??"
Yes -Baker Mayfield
Washington and vikings approve.
No we don’t like that
Now drafting Penix doesn’t sound cray
Signing Kirk to that dumb contract & then drafting a older rookie just to sit him
It was bad because it was the ultimate hedge. You almost guaranteed that you either wasted $100M or wasted a 1st round pick

@@That85Scorpio meanwhile we couldn’t signed Russell Wilson for a 1 year league minimum deal for comparable production if we wanted a bridge QB
@jamalstrickland1 does he fit the offensive scheme?
Cousins threw a hail mary from the 15 yard line... 👎
Throwing a rookie in yhat situation would just be so dumb. You don't risk the future by putting him in prematurely
I agree. We might as well finish it out with Kirk. But definitely give Penix a shot to compete for the starting spot next season
Listen. If Kirk gets injured Penix jr is the back up. So you going to keep him gift
Wrapped till next season?😮😅😊
I promise yall when penix start he will be the best qb the falcoms have ever had yall will see
People don’t know he’s him
Does anyone know that background music that was playing?
I told folks cousins wasn’t the answer he literally had this same team as for a players at the skill position in Minnesota and he sucked

Kyler Murray is maturing before our eyes when he speaks. Not throwing his teammates uner the bus!😮😊
That mildew or bbq line went over peoples heads 😤😤
How so
Draft another QB this draft. More the merrier

Kirk is throwing arm passes, not using his lower body to drive the ball!😮
Are we surprised?
Kyler needs to be better after this season I would trade Kyler for picks if the Cardinals don't make the playoffs
Repeated 3 games in a row …wtf is the coach talking about 🤣
We Vikings fans thank god that our front office knew he was cooked
Is not Kyler its to much qb hate
2 pairs of socks to bed = best sleep ever
