just ordered 6, need them for me Tramper van, I have 800 lums, 6 light settings, the white light is bright, they get a bit warm, I use the warm light, good anuff to read with, plus with the red light, you can leave on and get up and use the loo :) testing them to see how long they last on low warm light,
Lol, these are cool. Get the plasma torch light, or the clock plasma light. I have one with me at all times. I remove the magnet cause I put in my pocket, extremely bright.

Yes but unsafe and wasteful. And underpowered. And growing plants has nothing whatsoever to do with UV lights. You want grow light leds, cheap. Mixture of red and blue, looks violet.
The design is bad. The magnet should be at the kick stand so you could stick it and angle the light also the kick stand hinge should be at the opposite of the carabiner so you could open thr kick stand wide
WORST EVER! Let me tell you why. It only stays at full brightness for about a minute or so, before it throttles back the brightness to minimum, presumably due to overheating management. It sneakily dims gradually over the course of about ten seconds or so. Thought I was crazy. Is it not as bright? I must be crazy. Nope. Sneaky little... I thought they were the greatest things ever at first, and ended up buying seven of them from three different sellers, but they're all the same crap. Didn't discover it until after the return window closed.

Yes, the dimming is sneaky. It is programmed in the unit intentionally. Actually, it's a useful idea as in most cases, bright light for a minute is all you need. Throttling down the light saves the battery. Other cons, The 1/4 inch camera mount is so poorly done it won't screw in a tripod properly. Still not bad as you can buy these lights for as low as $1 to $2. I have several and still like it.

Peter - It's been 2 years, how reliable is it? Is the battery still good? Did the switch fail?
I tested mine, in one click light, it lasted in 1hr on full charge

I had one of these and i loved it but with a plasma lighter it would be the best and very useful !!! 😊

yes since its a LED.
@@shinggerzi4324 I have since tested and found that it does work. I have several other usb LED devices that will not operate while charging.
