If you cheer a fluke like that then you don't deserve respect from the crowd, no matter what the fluke gives you may it be another turn or the match, you apologise even if you want to cheer. Not scream your head off like they did, that is what ruins the game, more than the crowd.

When the player Neils hit the cue ball @9:00 and it didnt hit any of the object balls, why was he allowed to take another shot afterwards?
