While not technically a raid instance, there is also the one for The Hole in Paineel for getting Master Yael, Nortlav the Scalekeeper, as well as mobs for player epics.
Secrets placed the books for the instanced versions roughly where the instance entrances "AOC" are on live and on their TLPs. So like on Teek when they want to raid the instanced versions the entrances are the same places these books on quarm are.
As someone who grew up with OG Everquest,having to try and get the right time,for certain raid mobs for epic items..It was fun back then,I hate it now..People have mobs down to the literal second,so you pretty much never get the items
From what I hear it's waaaaay worse on P99 since apparently there's someone who has been camping a named for the magician epic for a very long time just to make people pay them hundreds of thousands of plat for the loot rights.

I agree. I like how it's done on Quarm, where the regular zones still exist but the instances make things easier for casuals
