Sadly, your industry is littered with people doing really, really bad work and cutting lots of corners and cheating their customers. It's sad that they give honest body men like you and your dad and brothers a bad reputation. There are really good body shops doing quality work out there. I just wish there was a way to find them. You would never match a blend with that color, same with pretty much any matt finish . Besides, get color right , the rest of the car is pretty much new.

Another great job. Love me an R8. After I sell my 911 Turbo I think that’s my next weekend ride. I loved the yellow one at the dealer. Yellow is what you buy when you want hit the freeway and just blend in with the traffic around you.

You guys need a laser analyzer which will give you the actual color. We use it to paint match custom colors on aircraft paint jobs. It’s very accurate.
No wonder insurance is through the roof here in the US, they replace everything with dealer parts that can be repaired at the body shop. Nice job Vlad, still waiting on the two videos a week buddy. 👍🏾

Those used doors went into vlads parts collection for non insurance builds that may need them. If insurance authorized new parts then the lightly damaged parts are usually kept for later usages or sales to other people... double the money.
My man , 👊🏼 you know me well too well, definitely saving them for the next project. 😄
