The jack stands are pretty simple and straight forward but I feel much better about it all after having watched your video. There are some "limited" instructions that come with the jacks but they left a few holes and made some assumptions and things unsaid thinking the user would know what they mean or what to do.

I decided to go to Homedepot to pick up "Husky 3-Ton Car Jack Stands".
But I haven't found the right "Jack Stand Pads" for it.
