We could almost take the lyrics as a call to the Eurovision world to return to France after such a long separation. Because the country (at least those interested in Eurovision) is suffering from these 46 years of scarcity.
nous n'avions pas eu l'artiste avant Slimane, moi il me fait penser a Brel, Aznavour et tout ses grands de la chansons française et on a pas eu de talent depuis donc plus de 50 ans
