when these rumours first started I was like if it's true I am happy they "might" be dating cause good for them if they are happy. But now it's getting scary and I am annoyed. This is a breach of privacy, I literally don't want to see any more photos or care. It could even be a targeted attack too where two people that look like them are cosplaying the idols...this is fraud and illegal. I am just concerned for safety.

I’m 50/50 about the “leaked” pics and there’s a possibility that they WERE together but not anymore. Nonetheless I find odd that HYBE has not denied anything which makes me believe it’s true. People need to grow up and accept that idols are people too and they have a right of privacy and to experience love.
Companies sometimes ignore these questions so that they don’t have to answer every time and people would eventually forget it

What's really funny is that how Armies are hell bent on proving that the pics are edited. Literally every single BTS fan has become a photo expert for this. Why is it even an issue in the first place?
Because K-pop culture thrives on selling fans the idea that their faves are attainable and all of a sudden them seeing someone else, let alone another idol is turned into a big deal.
It shouldn't be an issue and if they are together then good for them, if not then the companies should do something about it. So much hate over things that really shouldn't be problematic at all. It seems people can't wrap their heads around the fact that idols are people with actual lives away from the cameras and that they know each other personally and actually don't hate each other like their fans might. The pics are filled with graphical errors, (unerased underlayer on mirror corner, wall panel disappearing behind Jennie's arm etc.) Jennie hair was also shorter, lighter and brown just the day before the first photo where Tae is in his 24/6 paris outfit. And the 3rd elevator pic has visible editing pixelation patch around the pooh sleeve logo. And not a single person can pinpoint when Jennie has had that hair, plus the fact the phonecase is a $4 knockoff only sold on Aliexpress. 💀

We never know what is true but one thing according to koreaboo, a white hacker and expert has confirmed that the picture of them in the elevator totally not edited and posted from someone's hacked cloud storage. Also Jennie's mole is identical.

Well, eerie thing is that the 'forehead kiss' pictures just came out a few hours ago. And with multiple pictures of the two, in the same clothes with their faces exposed, doing regular stuff, it's kind getting real. I didn't know what to think of the previous ones, but the latest ones from Jeju posted a few hours ago look pretty legit.

To be honest I fully blame hybe for this mess...why?? Because a company who previously deny any kind of rumors within seconds even before they become public, like we have recent eg. of namjoon , jungkook etc when basically nobody knew about the dating rumor & still hybe officially published their denied statement. Which clearly indicates how much protective & sensitive they are regarding these issues. And now suddenly there is a complete pin drop silence from hybe to a rumor which is basically has already reached the national news 2 times with 3 different pictures. It’s so confusing someone needs to be held accountable for editing these photographs of V and Jennie and posting them on social media it’s a total violation of their privacy the media and the Netizens have to respect
I honestly wish the best for both idols. But there are certain very important discrepancies in the photos leaked. The first pic, with the *alleged* Jennie and Taehyung, I have no comment because the photo is a bit blurry.
1. In the 2nd pic (the mirror selfie with V looking down at his phone and Jennie clicking the pic), there's light on Jennie's shoulder part of the shirt and Taehyung's shoulder part of the shirt, which means there's a light source right above them. But on V's hair, the shine (because of the light) is missing. This can only happen if Jenni was taller than V and her shadow falls on his hair, and also if there was some flying object between the light source and V's head(like a drone or smth, which is almost impossible).
2. Also you can see how Jennie is leaning in towards Taehyung's shoulders, but her head's shadow is missing from V's shoulders.
3. There's also a placement discrepancy, if you notice how Jennie's legs and her upper body(shoulders esp.) are placed. It looks like her legs are in front and from her upper body behind Taehyung's body, which she can't do unless she bends her body. But she seems to be standing straight.
4. Taehyung's hair and sideburns look like someone cut and pasted a part of some similar looking hairstyle. The distance between his ears and his sideburns is too long.

This kind of situation has been going on for months and if Hybe or Yg haven't said anything, it's because they always make scandals or rumors like this to cover up their shit to begin with. It's notable that there are models, ulzzangs, and even people who assimilate to Jennie and Taehyung, but there's also editing, it doesn't take a genius to know that. The follow that Taehyung gave Jennie was simply because of an instagram recommendation, which he couldn't control, it's his problem, don't involve Jen in everything. Other than that, I think Hybe may be taking this issue to cover the ones they have, I hope this will be resolved soon as Taehyung hates rumors and by the way, it's too much for shippers to go that far doing this kind of stuff, hurting the foreign privacy of two idols.
It's happened over time, all companies had controversies over 'dating' idols who didn't always refuse or take the time to confirm things, let's also clarify that this is rare after both groups had their comeback, as if they wanted to draw the attention of the public with this controversy, lately I feel that companies only want to profit from the evils committed towards idols and do not even respect their privacy.
please report the account! they are creating massive hate towards two members of important groups where they always have too much criticism every year, I think they are both adults and if they wanted to confirm a relationship they would totally do it, because they are responsible people, so stop believing in sources of this type and let them be to both.

You are so right, but recently i saw that the twitter account has been taken down bc the owner of the account has said that they have contacted him (I don't know who or when) to stop doing these things, I feel that perhaps someone from one of the companies or people close to them has done it, but in effect, they are invading the privacy of both by having these photos and whether they were real, edited or from other people, it's still wrong!! It could be cosplaying, it could be editing someone else's picture.. whoever edited it is crazy good at it if it is edited. Oh my god , this is the second post I've seen talking about them allegedly dating but nothing confirmed about it . The two agencies should already confirm or deny it by now
Rumours are made by haters, spread by fools and believed by idiots. Certain people took this way too far when at the start it was clear it was all fake and edited, now it has just become ridiculous. Also, their companies made a huge mistake by not making a statement from the beginning, especially hype cause they are known for making statements.
From my research about the whole dating scandal thing, I came across some videos which pointed out the white shadows.( it is a hard-to-fix photoshop problem) And from my keen observation the faults on the pictures were quite obvious to say it was photoshopped. You are on the safer side to say that V and Jennie are not dating. Atleast based on those photos which are clearly edited phtoshopped.
So now, here are some of my theories on why this thing is happening.
1) Garam scandal is still hot. To draw out public opinion from that, hybe intentionally did this. The reason why I am suspecting hybe is : whenever there is a dating scandal of their artists, they usually make a public statement to make it clear. But this time they are silent which completely means that they want it to burn.
2) Some armyblink or army or blink, may have made a payment to leak or edit their photos and make them the hot topics. It could be any crazy taennie shipper who did this. Or any random people who thought it was fun to involve the most popular idols from the two most popular k-pop groups.
3) it could be a 4th generation k-pop group fan who thought that their idols aren't getting deserved popularity because of them. So they thought it would be better for them to involve the best artists in a dating scandal so that they would come across a downfall in their career.
4) Pink venom has just been uploaded and it's already getting its wins. But for further promotions, maybe YG intentionally created a dating scandal to draw public attention.
5) It could be jennie's and V's common friend who collected materials for the edits.( photos required ) you know that you can use numerous photos to create one single edited photo. V's apartment photo was a hard one. Even if someone did edited that photo, it would required a full non-edited version of V's apartment. So, maybe one of them had a fake friend . And the faces on the leaked photos are not clear so there is a chance that it's just some random lookalikes from the internet.
6) Taekook is getting more and more obvious nowadays. So maybe hybe thought it was better to create a dating scandal to end the ships.
7) from the beginning, taehyung was a hard obstacle for the jikook shippers. So maybe a toxic jikooker edited these pictures to draw out attention from taekook. And be more whipped for their ship.
AND AGAIN EVERYTHING I TYPED HERE ARE JUST MY THEORIES AND OPINIONS ON THIS DATING SCANDAL. I AM HATING HOW THINGS ARE GETTING SO WILD AND BIG IN THE INTERNET. THE ONE WHO LEAKED THESE PHOTOS, LET HIM KNOW THAT ITS NOT FUNNY. HE IS INVADING PEOPLE'S PRIVACY WHICH IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE. FURTHERMORE, DEEP INSIDE MY HEART I KNOW THAT IT'S JUST AN UNPLEASANT RUMOR THAT WILL PASS WITH TIME. I JUST HOPE THAT THINGS WILL GET CLEARED OUT SOON. PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO JUDGE. JUST LIKE IN GARAM's CASE, SHE WAS PROVED INNOCENT AFTER BUT THE PUBLIC OPINIONS WERE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT TIME AND NOONE TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO APOLOGIZE. I HOPE PEOPLE WONT BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE THIS TIME.
IN THE MEAN TIME, I THINK THE IDOLS THEMSELVES WILL TAKE THEIR RESPECTIVE ACTIONS TO CLEAR THIS MESS.

I think Hybe's silence the most worrying thing here and what should be the focus. If they knew it wasn't V in the pictures (regardless of whether or not it's Jennie), they would have said so. Same thing goes to the pictures being edited, which with crazy people like sasaengs around is also highly possible. And even if it is V and Jennie on the pictures and even if they were dating, Hybe could have just denied everything or said they are just friends.
The only reason I can think for their complete silence is that they are more interested in keeping the rumor going on than it stoping and have something to gain from it.
I feel like they are using this as a smoke curtain to cover something else. While it could be to detour attention from the situation with Garam, it could also be related to a series of other issues with the company and/or the main figures in it (not idols). I'm not going much further into the speculations, as it could be really anything from this point on, but this is just fishy as hell to me. I believe there is something more going on here we are not seeing.

Since they didn't fully absorb the other labels, which seem to still have a big level of independence, I think in this case it would be statements from Source/Pledis. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Pledis has been under Hybe since early 2020 and Pledis was the one releasing statements about the bullying situation with Mingyu in early 2021.
I think Hybe would only get in the case if it's BTS and/or TXT, which are the only ones under Big Hit, since Big Hit and Hybe are essentially the same thing, or groups they helped create after Hybe acquired those labels, like Le Sserafim.

1st picture that to me was the most believable one was shown as the easiest to edit 2nd picture looks like usual shipper edits
(plus there is a lot of weird stuff going on in that pic) and 3rd one is the least unbelievable of all coz a lot of time we have seen lookalikes pull these kinds of stunts (I particularly remember how a video of tae and jk going to movie got viral but it was a look-alike) but the biggest question is what's the original source of pic although a lot claim its a mix and match of many pic I highly doubt that.
Now coming onto the so called leaker this person is so inconsistent with his words his first claim was he is not sure if they are dating or friends then went on saying he has a pic of them kissing umm pick a side? In their 2nd photo caption they mentioned someone's name and threatened saying since american media is around them they should ask tae and jennie about the situation. When they created their telegram group he commented a lot on Jennie's mental health, called her an attention seeker, but when people called him out he denied. He even mentioned having a beef with YG. There was one consistent thing he mentioned that was companies to give out statement on the issue he tried a lot but didnt.
At last he said he will relese kissing pics of theirs but then within that time frame there were some msg leaked that exposed his accomplice who said they have worked on this for months (what is worked??) and then his location got leaked eventually he said he was contacted by "important people" and now he will stop. My question is why stop now?? Why "important people" contacted you now ? you gave them an ample amount of time btw ever pic why now?? and that speak this person is spewing bs, btw this person has asked people on tele to stream pink venom and that was their last msg what's up with that?🤨
My overall thought is chances of it being edited is high. The quality of each pic is extremely low the difference btw quality of tae and jennie in first pic is very different yeah it can be coz of distance but its way too different in my opinion. 2nd pic is the most questionable one for me coz their cloths blending is very weird and jennie's hand 3rd pic with the best quality of all is where their whole face is hidden (again reminds me of that taekook lookalike's video). Plus a lot of them said its Jennie's phone quality ummm she uploaded a mirror selfie today as well and quality seems fine to me there.
In the end if they are dating I am extremely happy for them but that would also mean there is a clear breach of privacy which is very wrong coz for a fact every army know how much tae respectes his privacy and I believe Jennie des too. If its edited still means that the editor needs to get those pics from somewhere unless its a mix and match of many. All in all I hope they are safe and happy

Whether it's true or false is no one's concern honestly but then again curiosity did kill the cat so there probably will be people going to extremes to find out, sigh.
