Thank you for this. My only sibling, my brother, passed away last Sunday and I’ve been having a hard time being kind to those who weren’t kind to him who now want to offer condolences and assuage their guilt for not being good friends. Jesus would want me to be kind anyway. Thank you for this reminder.

So very timely for me to hear:
    Love this quote from Wendy:
“ Quit shouting to the world how much they need Jesus and start inspiring them with our radical life-change that just by observing our life they will want what we have; so we ask ourselves the hard question. How is my witness? How well am I living for other people how much do I stand apart and look different from the rest of the world? Will they want the Christ that I claim to love and?”
PS: I loved my Eastland Boat Shoes 😂

Im at min 8:33 and everything she is describing is the life of homeschoolers.. when they are around their parents and how the children go out and do things with the parents...so cool...( Im a definite advocate for homeschooling I did it and now I help my grandkids too.)
She mentioned the 80's and I was around for that. Love your hair.❤

I am loving these mini series! You are helping me in my growth in the Lord. I never understood the words (meanings) until digging deep with you. I have found that I enjoy, craving to watch one more message! Thank You for taking the time to put these series out and I pray that I can be a person who God sees as worthy to be called His!

I don’t think your “weirdness” is an only child trait. I’m 3rd born in a family of 4 and I can relate entirely to the way you’ve described yourself! It certainly can make a person feel like they’re odd at times.

I enjoyed this video. Just an fyi...about the message bible. Eugene Peterson uses alot of occult terminology throughout this. I don't use this translation because of a lot of his beliefs. You may want to further look into him. God Bless.

@@user-bn7dg2km2d thank you for your comment. Yes… the Message is a “paraphrase” which I did say when I used its context. I know well what has been said of this man and I know well not to use it for more than reference only. Which I used here because of its powerful practicability. I do not use it otherwise. 💙

@@user-bn7dg2km2d I always try to remember this: I can learn from just about anything. It’s divestment and wisdom I have to pray to have in order to reconcile the things I’m consuming. 💙

@@inspireministries true. What concerns me is majority of people do not take the time to test the spirits. Or research who they listen to. They take whatever someone they likes teachings as spot on. We have to take all things back to the word. (I love that you do this. ) Too many share false teachers, teachings, and resources , not realizing that this will lead those who don't have discernment astray. Thank you for your diligence. ❤️

I love how you shared that you're "weird", and then took us through your traits that make you simply WONDERFUL!! 👏😄💝
"Weird" was my middle name all the way up until i took myself completely out of the world. Now they have more colorful names for me! 😆 🤭 Anyway, you sound to be a LOT like me in being "weird".😁👍🩷
