if you go into advanced graphic setting, under shadows you can turn of "terrain casts shadows" or something along those lines. It'll get rid of the awful tunnel and retaining wall shadows!

Two things:
- I see no reason why you shouldn't extend out the park areas of the skatepark (tool is in the landscaping tab - "spaces and areas" or something, drawing them yourself is bugged but extending existing ones is fine) this could also be relevant in your custom parks (take an existing park, remove its props, extend the areas)
- Turning off "terrain casts shadows" fixes the retention wall's appearance and doesn't have as much of an impact elswhere as its name would suggest. (or so I've heard)

2:57 you can remove thos shadows by unchecking the ”terrain cast shadows” box in your advanced graffic settings (show advanced settings).
Yeah, I never used it as I thought it looked bad elsewhere in the city, I was wrong. Just tried it there and it looks not bad at all 👍
@@piccana_ Lowering Shadow quality softened up the edges for me
I'd love to see someone try to create Centralia, Pennsylvania which is a near ghost town with a smoking underground fire that's been burning since 1962. Sunken smokestacks would look awesome.

It's a tough spot under the bridge. Breaking up the vast concrete is a challenge for sure. Yeah, not enough interchanges for my liking 😆 I'm getting excited amount future projects now 🔥👌

25:20 is it meant to look like a river used to flow, but the water somehow stopped flowing so you dumped some railway lines where the river used to be?
