Shell House Massacre in the spotlight as complex legacy of Buthelezi is reflected on

We continue now to look back at the complex legacy of the late Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, who has been accorded a Special Official funeral, Category 1, and will be buried on Saturday. He was thrust into the spotlight many times during his long stint as the head of the Inkatha Freedom Party, and one such period followed the Shell House Massacre in Johannesburg in 1994, which left 19 IFP supporters dead.
