    Would you have the link to the trash that is next to Bamboo Lab A1?

      @@enriquetargino9833 Thanks for asking about the circular trash can! Unfortunately, it’s actually an old piece that’s part of a larger bin setup I got many years ago, and I don’t have a specific link to share since it’s not available as a standalone product. If you’re looking for something similar, this desk bin is 7 inches tall. I hope that helps :)

    Just got mine brand new and haven't been able to print, I get a red warning saying low temperature mode, move printer to above 10 degrees C, it's at least 20 degrees in the room

    • @BackDaws

      Has anyone got any information for this error ?

    • @3DTheory
      @3DTheory  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@BackDaws That definitely sounds frustrating! It seems like there might be a sensor issue if the room is already warm enough. I recommend opening a support ticket through the Bambu Handy app. Their support team should be able to help troubleshoot and resolve the error for you. Hope this gets sorted out quickly so you can start printing :)

      @@3DTheory I rolled back firmwares and on the 3rd roll back it's working, I've printed off the boat, scraper, phone tripod and now 8hrs for the first part of the AMS lite overhead bracket. I'm so impressed, but worried about updating the firmware incase it messes things up so getting all the stuff I need done first.

    Why do you cut a couple of inches from filament end before inserting it into AMS? Those ends look perfectly fine for me.

    • @3DTheory
      @3DTheory  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@enosunim Thanks for your question! I cut a couple of inches mainly out of habit from using older 3D printers, where precise cuts were necessary for smooth feeding. This practice isn't as critical with BambuLab machines, so I might adjust my approach moving forward. Appreciate your curiosity :)

    • @enosunim
      @enosunim 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      As you already know I use Ender 3, I changed feeder to BMG clone though, I rarely cut my filament. I often use tangled ends, just straighten them before inserting and that's all. Even when I cut, I cut it perpendicular as for 3d pen. So I was surprised.
      I guess the original Ender 3 feeder have some problems with filament insertion. But I changed it for other reasons, there are a lot of drawbacks there. = )

    • @3DTheory
      @3DTheory  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@enosunim Thanks for sharing more about your setup! It’s cool to see how swapping to a BMG clone on your Ender 3 makes loading filament smoother and less finicky about the cut. It’s a good reminder of how a few tweaks can really dial in the printer’s performance. Always fun to learn from what others are doing, keeps things interesting :)

    not sue how the bambu labs ones perform, but do you need to use gluestick to hold down your prints to the bed?

    • @3DTheory
      @3DTheory  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Rantandreason Thanks for your question! With the Bambu Lab A1, the PEI print bed provides excellent adhesion, so I don't need to use a glue stick to hold down the prints. It's one of the convenient features of this printer :)

    • @enosunim
      @enosunim 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I do not know about Bambu, but PEI is PEI. I use one on Ender 3, and I never ever bought any adhesion sticks or liquids. Do not know how to use them actually. Just do not touch it with fingers. But you can always wash it with soap. (You need the most cheap and simple soap without aroma and oils in it obliviously)

      @@enosunim Thanks for the tips! I recently washed my PEI plate with simple soap, and it definitely helped with easier print release. Keeping it clean really makes a difference. Appreciate your input :)

    What's that scrapper that you are using. Not the bambu lab the other one that you use to take of things from the build plate.

      @3DTheory  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@kostis_pro Thanks for asking about the scraper! The yellow one is a plastic scraper that's safe for the PEI sheet. I first got it with my Monoprice Mini Delta V2 3D printer and have found it really effective. You can find similar ones on Amazon. It's a great tool for safely removing prints from the build plate!

    Is that all you basically print those two parts? Can I ask you what those parts are for? Do you print anything else? I'm thinking about buying up A1 bamboo printer combo. Do you have any negative about the A1 combo? I am still using my Creality Ender 3V2 for the last four years. It's still prints very well, but it's slow compared to these printers. I want to faster printer with multiple colors.

      @3DTheory  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jesser9528 Thanks for reaching out! Yes, I mainly print those two parts as they are components for a larger project I’m working on. I can’t share too much about their specific purpose just yet, but stay tuned for future updates :) Regarding the Bambu A1 printer combo, it’s been the best printing experience I’ve had, surpassing my previous five Creality printers. I have nothing but positive things to say about it. If I had to choose again, I’d definitely pick the A1. It’s faster, reliable, and the quality is excellent. The ability to print in multiple colors seamlessly has been a tremendous upgrade. I haven’t encountered any significant negatives with the A1 combo, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for speed and multi-color capabilities.

    I'm going to guess the first model you retrieved off the printer with the AMS came off easily because it was right in front of the fan and probably cooled down more than the other printers further away and out of direct air flow. In theory if the plate completely cools down on all of them the same, they should release the same.
    I still cut my filaments at 45 degrees when they are new rolls because why not. 🙂

      @@hotfix7387 Thanks for the comment! You might be onto something with the fan placement, though all the printers are in a similarly hot environment. It’s an interesting point! I agree about your thought on cutting filaments at a 45-degree angle :) Appreciate your input!
