Another great video - hope the algorithm pushes you soon. Found you while looking for reviews on the Vantage F1 a while back. Fun fact, I live about 15 minutes from where that leather is produced in Scotland. Absolutely agree that the design is timeless.
Appreciate you saying that I pray that happens too. I visualize a far bigger channel that allows us to make content on new car releases/reviews and just travel for more enthusiast car content around the world. Thank you for watching and commenting.
I'm glad you talked about the value put on depreciation. I believe in buying cars that I want. I have a Jaguar XK and I love it. I agree that Aston Martin makes THE MOST beautiful GTs. Both cars sound amazing, in 2 completely different ways.
Used to have the 2016 Coupe version and now have the same MY Volante. I agree the coupe silhouette is amazing, not so great when top is up on the Volante but with top down it is spectacular (especially given that you can hear the exhaust notes much better!). Just curious to know if you guys see a very noticeable difference in drive when you put on the Adaptive Dampening Suspension to Sport mode? Granted I haven’t used it on a track but I don’t notice a difference at least with the Volante.
@@at1805 I would not say it’s dramatically different but I can tell when I select sport dampener mode. Sport mode vs regular though does make a difference. You can set the car to start and stay in sport in the settings to.
Great info. Can you comment on the legroom and headroom for a taller driver? And with the top up, how does the Volante compare in terms of interior spaciousness?
@@ericgrewal appreciate thanks for watching. This is my opinion but I think you can get away with being taller max 6’3 I would say in the Coupe or the Volante. Sure you could squeeze in but speaking of being comfortable. Volante still has the back seats, so in many ways its got similar room but the roof line and windshield is slightly lower.
Absolutely dig the Vanquish S, but to be honest I have never driven one and in fact I don’t know a single owner of one near me. Talk about a rare car. I’d love to compare them. I’m sure its a lot faster and more sporty then our 14 models.
@@Driven-Productions I like the double exhaust at the back and the even more insane sound. But furthermore it’s not really a difference besides scarcity
@@doomtomatoe5762 stockish, mine has a Velocity muffler delete, otherwise its all stock yep. Kevin’s does sound really cool, but its a bit loud for me at full throttle.
Check out @31:30 I give some thoughts on that. I absolutely love what they have done, and frankly if I knew it was going to hold its value like a 911 GT3 I would have an order in. But, I just can’t afford yet to light money on fire.
Adam, that was fun. Thanks for having me out. Two beautiful cars! I think I'll go put a few miles on the Volante today.
Thanks for coming down my friend. Enjoyed getting to know you and your beautiful Vanquish Volante. Hope to see you at a local car show again soon.
Awesome. Just love it.

Can’t help thinking that Astons will be super valuable one day. They’re keepers for sure!
@@lawts1240 I’ve still got mine and had several people hit me up trying to low ball me.
Great video
I have a 2017 Carbon Black edition with the 8 speed transmission and it is awesome
@@markhallows2945 yes the 8 speed really makes a difference. I’d like one too
Actually the entire Vanquish's exterior is carbon fibre, just that its painted over.
Looking at an S at the moment but you said the Vanquish’s don’t have a Front lift? What is with Aston’s and not adding this obvious feature?
@@cassokon they’re really not as low as like GT Porsche, but you definitely need to be mindful.

Grab the gas filler from the top of the handle 👍👍

I've got a friend who has been in our volante. He is 6'3" and said he had plenty of room. I'm 5'10" so definitely not an issue for me :)
@@275lucky thanks for sharing. It is one of the better sports cars for taller folks, but still a sports car.

Great value until you get a real repair bill
