Bro, petrol should be there in the tank for the vehicle to start ..After the start it will switch to CNG automatically...
not needed in this car. It gets direct start in CNG. But they do recommend to use petrol for every 300Km or so for 10 km to avoid maintenance due to non usage.

Bro, While filling CNG gas in gas agency staff ask to step down the car then only they are filling the CNG gas, why are they doing this? as they claimed more safer than the LPG, while we fill LPG they are not ask us to step down only for CNG and it is difficult for aged people, PWD and night time. Please confirm it is really dangerous and have any chance to burn time to fill CNG??

CNG or LPG or any gas it's safer to be outside of the car while filling. Station people will not force u .
They will request then only they will start full.
And incase of patients or old people you can inform them they will allow.
Im a CNG user for more than 5 years.
Because it u check in TH-cam there will be some car blast at station while filling the gas but all its happened at North side .
Finnally it's ur safety purpose only 😊
