There aren't any modes per se in this oven. You have options to turn on both the top and bottom coils at once or you can turn either one of them. These are the only modes available.
I too purchased MR 60 ltr after seeing this video. Got it from Amazon for 16K. In the manual it says to heat upper rod for rotisserie. But I am not getting a cooked chicken while doing the same. I had to heat the two rods and put the fan to get a good chicken. Am I doing something wrong. I preheated to about 10mins in 200C. Also, while making pizza, do u need to keep tray inside the oven during preheating? Would you please clarify my doubts. Thank you

It's recommend never to rotate timmer in running conditions.. Always restart as timmer goes off... As far as fan it helps in making items more crispy as it distributes heat uniformely.
Can I use two container at a time one above and one beneath it... And put pizzas or cakes on both of it.. Will both of them will bake evenly? And at what time?
Please tell me how much time you gave for preheating at which temperature And also how much time for cooking pizza at which temperature Tell me placement of rack level also I just bought it in 16000.
Place your rake in middle section ,keep temperature cook in bake mode i.e lower rod on for 15 minutes the shift your tray to upper section and bake it for next 5 minutes keeping grill mode on I.e upper rod on .

Couple of questions 1) When making Tandoori chicken or say Chicken tikka , do we select only Grill mode or we select Dual ( up and down heating ) ? 2) do you think grilling chicken in this would result in very high electricity bills ? Can you please tell me at what temperature are you baking your cakes and r you using the baking tray or the wire rack for placing the baking tin.? Though I have failed in both.🤣 Morphy richard technician asked me to bake at 150 degrees Celsius on the wire rack. Cake batter has slightly shifted to one side since the wire rack has a elevated wire running from the middle of the rack which tends to tilt the tin a bit and not holding it straight.

You can choose the option according to your need for higher volume fan is an option to cook faster,you can go ahead without fan.Hence you are opting lower volume i.e 25 lit
You need to use oven thermometer...I too have the same model.... The temperature in this oven is very high almost 20-30 deg than what is set and I too didn't realise y my baking was getting dry and dark...web I brought the oven thermometer I realised that temperature is very high.. thermometer solved all problems

Honestly speaking other me Kahana garam nahi karna chahiye.Microwave is best for it.

No only one tray u can use, that tray should be in middle of oven . You can bake 6 fruit cake of 1 pound in one time.

Place tin on middle rack and bake on bake mode which is bottom rods on and you can keep the fan on. 180 degrees is good to bake cakes.
Bottom rods pe toh 180 degree aaega hi nhi.....thermostat purchase krke match kijiye temperature agar mismatch ho toh company se contact kijiye
@Sanaa Siddiqui keep on middle rack and for golden crust keep on top rod on mode for last 10 mins.
