Yam Chicken Stew Recipe

The recipe for Yam Chicken Stew
This recipe does not have to be followed to the recipe, and the amount of ingredients you use is also up to you.
Ingredient
half chicken cut into bite sized pieces
half yam (Cut into cubes)
25gm ginger slices
Marinate the chicken
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 red bincurt (Tauju)
1 soy bean paste, pepper,
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
Sauce
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of sugar
1-2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2.5ml plain water and mix well
