    I finally found me a good spot down here in Houston you wouldn't believe it's a neighborhood lake been looking for a while just cant seem to get up to Livingston or Conroe I'm sure they have them but with no boat fishi g from the bank will ha e to do biggest ones I caught last year were 10inch and 11 inches like to see some 13inches with thickness God bless you and have a great day

    Smokin em guys.... nice crackers......they pull hard for their size......just saw where someone caught a 6 pound 4 oz shellcracker in Lake Havasu....must have been a TANK

    There like the bluegill, they spawn more than once. Up here in Michigan, they will spawn from late may through august, they move to deeper beds later in summer

    Great video my friend….green worms, are they dyed green or is there actually a green worm? I’ve fished my entire life, never heard of a green worm.

    I noticed that you said you release the “hens” but you should also release the big males . The big males do the best job of protecting the eggs. There not run off the nest by bass ect. Plus medium sized fish have better flavor.

    I use a 1/8 oz lead head jig, they don’t swallow it often
