I don't really know much about history and don't do historical clothing but love listening about it and incorporating it in my life. Handsewing, fingerloop braiding, lace inserts. Your voice is soothing and calm so it's really easy to listen to along with the music and learn. And I always liked the look of the uno-boob. I would love to watch how you research, I was super excited at the beginning of your video where you were highlighting and making notes. As someone who is not able to attend design school, I have yet to find a channel that shows how to do the initial research to make proper design decisions.

Thank you! Historical sewing can be pretty intimidating, but if you focus on the parts you love it will always be worth it (and it doesn’t hurt if the thing you’re making is comfortable to wear out and about either 😆)
You could have also faced the bottom of the skirt instead of doing a folded hem, which would have left you with plenty of length to make a deep tuck. Either way I love the project, love your calming voice and I'm totally subscribing.
