  • finally, some nicer weather . We got the panels up quick as but somehow, that day definitely didn't seem as productive as the one before.
I always found when I was an apprentice that there was a real lack of videos and online resources to help me. I think that most electricians are visual learners, I know I definitely am. So it's hard when we are expected to do 75% of our training in books. Because if this I've set out to start making a library of training and explanations to help my fellow electrical workers in areas they might be having trouble.
Remember, this setup was performed in a controlled environment
by a qualified electrician for learning purposes only. Electricity is dangerous and can kill you. If you are not qualified, please do not try this at home, just enjoy the learning experience.

    Another nice job.
Here in Canterbury, we're limited to 5kW of PV per phase.
How does it work where your are? Is the Enphase system configured to limit export?

@StuffPeterLikes 5kw export limits are the same here, usually we design below the 5kw size

Hey Mate , do you think you could expand and dumb down the explanations a little bit , I'm an apprentice and I try to subby and watch as many Electrical videos as I can , purely for my own interest, some of the content I understand but the fast paced editing and explanations seem aimed at an audience who understand everything your doing . If that's the case , please ignore the feedback , I enjoy your videos , just trying to follow along a little bit more in the technical aspects of the installs . :)

@@_nztradie Would love some more detail regarding your Solar installs , I'm in Australia but my Parents live in Te Awamutu , I was really interested in the heat pump , they're not really a thing here , my parents have got one and I was keen to learn more , the specifics of how they fit into the solar install as a total working system , thanks for the great content
