Interpretation of a law is different from reversing a ruling. I’m confused as to how Ghana does things. It seems people in office are confused about their job descriptions.
Is the speaker trying to mean that, if it's involve the parliament concerning the interpretation of the law, it lies in the bosom of the parliament? What about the executive? Can they interpret the law? I'm confused about what the speaker is saying.
The Speaker needs some repairs. He does not appear to be in a right frame of mind. What has someone doing his service got to do with a purported crime you have committed.
