This is a great occupier-led strategy.
Walkability is still very attractive. Integrating various groups, independant of income , this is the challenge. San Francisco has more homeless than any other City as Housing Affordability there is non- existant. You are expelled from it if you are not a top earner. Is that what we want? Is that his Model?

I was excited to watch this presentation, but…This presentation was old 9yrs ago. Extremely dated info. ‘The corner office is the symbol of our father’s generation’ - my grandmother was kicking down ceilings and redesigning the “office”, this guy’s sustainability ideology was 15yrs old 10 yrs ago! Oy. This is some male-centric culturally-insensitive short-sighted bs.
Total tripe. I program and i don't know anybody that wants to sit in a pit with 30 other developers yapping and disturbing their concentration with phone calls and mindless droning about last night's pablum on tv.
His fundamentals are zero and the examples completely parcial.
