I was here with my husband at the end of June! This was our honeymoon trip. It was very beautiful! It is so nice to see familiar places. Would highly recommend everyone to go to Switzerland once in a lifetime.
I completely agree. Videos and pictures just can't capture how truly beautiful everything is there. 2-D just can't truly capture the scale of just how grand everything is.

You need to visit Switzerland, I was just visiting my family in July/August and you will find villages just as beautiful as Kandersteg all over the country.

This seems to be such a breathtaking place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
I have been through Kandersteg twice but have not stayed there yet. Obviously, it looks breathtaking, but I tend to prefer places like Muren, Wengen, and Bettermalp that reduce car traffic just a bit more. I can imagine if Kandersteg slightly redid their downtown with one main pedestrian-only option with restaurants and shops on both sides and kept another main road that ran north and south for cars.
