They are all high calorie high fat and high sugar with low nutritional value. Ingredients labels mean nothing when the nutrition label is abhorrent.
The books are all lies if there’s anything I’ve learned in life is that all those nutrition books were bought by big corporations to sell there stuff ex yoplat and milk corporations . Flavcity actually gives a lot of low sugar options

As always another great video! Have you tried the Kirkland organic Marinara sauce? I know you like Rao’s but the Costco brand is all organic tomatoes, no added sugar and at a great price.
I first saw the Inno coconut cluster at the Costco in Canada about five years ago. It was so good. When I came home, I couldn’t find anywhere in US Costco. I even searched on Amazon and it wasn’t there either. About two years ago, I saw it at our Costco, I was so excited, I bought 5 bags. Of course, I didn’t eat it all. I shared 2 and kept 3.
I buy vegan soups by the caseloads there. Plus the frozen fruits and veggies. Oh and the nuts and seeds (best price for cashew nuts for all them cashew creme needs). Lots of fresh veggies, vegan/gluten free bread, and even dairy free chocolate. My favorite is the chocolate covered mangos. Salsa, tomato sauces, olives, sauerkraut, canned peaches. Eating plantbased is EASY at Costco.

Love your videos, and this one is perfect timing as I'm planning a trip to Costco today. Congrats on getting your cookbook into Costco! Love both of the snack foods you picked up, but the coconut clusters are really only clusters in the top of the bag. The bottom 1/4 to 1/3 is all broken up. Still a big fan, especially the dark chocolate nuggets. Not sure if you've ever done this, but it would be great if you could do a video on the best dark chocolates.

Amy's Soups are my go to when traveling I am Gluten Free and the vegetable soup is delicious. I wish she made dehydrated soup so it would be lighter when we are flying.

Hey, I just bought a clean mayonnaise at Trader Joes that was clean --- clean!!! And it was half the price with expellar pressed canola oil, and pasture raised eggs. I was making my own because it was so hard to find a decent mayo!!
Canola oil is not good for your GI tract. It causes a breakdown of the intestinal wall & leads to pin-sized holes. (Leaky gut) A better choice would be olive oil.
Love your videos. The amazon one was nice since I live in Northern WI and we are limited. There is what's called a Golden Harvest by us about 30 minutes away which is a great all natural store. But a video on hints for living in the woods basically and how to eat the best would be awesome! I am keto by the way as well so even more difficult but still manage.

I have that maple syrup. I got them a couple months ago. When I bought them they were 10.00. It is so good.
They have large bottles of agave syrup there also.
How does the avocado oil mayo taste, compared to regular (Dukes, etc.)? I only use mayo when making chicken or tuna salad so it might not matter.

Those dark chocolate clusters are amazing. Although, they are very addicting. Another great thing about Costco for sure. The organic produce in the refrigerated section. I love Costco...❤️

Hey, I just bought a clean mayonnaise at Trader Joes that was clean --- clean!!! And it was half the price with expellar pressed canola oil, and pasture raised eggs. I was making my own because it was so hard to find a decent mayo!!
Canola oil is not good for your GI tract. It causes a breakdown of the intestinal wall & leads to pin-sized holes. (Leaky gut)
A better choice would be olive oil.

Love your videos. The amazon one was nice since I live in Northern WI and we are limited. There is what's called a Golden Harvest by us about 30 minutes away which is a great all natural store. But a video on hints for living in the woods basically and how to eat the best would be awesome! I am keto by the way as well so even more difficult but still manage.
