We were recently on the liberty of the seas, where we had a burial at sea ceremony off the back of the ship. We were escorted to a private area by security and the hotel, Director. We were later given a framed certificate, stating the date, time, and exact coordinates of where the ceremony took place off the coast of Cozumel. Without even asking, they upgraded us from me deck three inside cabin to a deck seven balcony cabin. I couldn’t have been treated any better. Royal Caribbean did everything they could to make it a very special cruise that our family will always remember!
That is amazing.Did you put ashes in the ocean as well or just a ceremony? This sounds like a beautiful way to commemorate someone. Thank you for sharing ❤
I am new to your channel. This is one of the best videos I have seen as I constantly do research for my families upcoming cruise. I last cruised when I was 16 and I am now a young lady in her early 50s lol. My family has never Cruz before five young adult children and my new husband. This made me feel so excited for the adventure. My husband tells me to stop looking at everything so we can be surprised, but I just like seeing peoples experiences through their eyes so I am so grateful for this video that you have posted. I will probably watch it one or two more times lol. Our cruise is not until October and we are sailing on oasis of the seas out of New Jersey. Thank you again for this great footage.
Did the same 3-day November 1-4 and doing the 4-day in February. Love the Freedom Class ships!! Usually when I drive into Port Everglades they check IDs at the guard shack. I think it's because it's also a cargo port - one of the largest for petroleum products in the world (all of Florida's gas, diesel, and jet fuel comes in right there) so there are higher security levels. You might have missed it in the past because they may only do it when tankers are unloading.
Every time I have gone to the port Everglades they check your ID. Once I was picking up friends, husband was driving so I didn’t take my purse. No ID, no entrance to the port. I had to wait at a coffee shop.
My very first cruise back in 2009 was out of Port Everglades and we were on our hotel shuttle and when we got to the port security boarded the shuttle and everyone had to produce their ID or passport. I think they check everyone.
My mom & I went on Harmony of the Seas from port everglades in 2018 & when driving into the port entrance, my mother & I both showed our id’s but the port agent at the port everglades entrance said that only the driver had to show their id which meant that only my mother had to show her id since she was the one driving.
Jamie!! I'm casting my vote for the Bromania group to become an Annual Event, growing each year! Was a joy to watch you characters. You see girl's trip videos all the time, but this is a little something extra spicy. Looking forward to more Bromania, and don't forget those single guys for us single ladies to ogle the eye candy. Love it, keep it coming! 🎉

Wow..that's crazy. 1st time in over 40 cruises being asked for ID at Port Entrance.
@@SharonatSeaTravel hmm. Just lucky I guess
Port Everglades always checks everyone’s ID at the booth. Have sailed many times arriving in a cab there.
