I believe that I visited this place in 2018 and they were asking 95 lacs and I didn’t have budget at that point. I felt really bad as I couldn’t afford it but by god grace I booked an apartment in Hero Homes and I today I’m feeling blessed that I couldn’t buy this property.

All the brokers are suddenly promoting this project as it is a big fail. The developer must have committed brokers a very sweet amount of commission. I mean look at the project, the towers are all connected giving a very congested feel.

I visited today. Right next to it is a big plot filled with dirty stagnated water. Horrible view. Quality of construction is sub standard. Already cement is coming out and repair work was going on. That too with putty. Shitty location with basai village view.. please avoid this sector.
This is the most controversial project , builder promised to delivere this project in 2014 but delivering in 2024 .. 10 years delayed and construction quality is very poor also
