It would also be nice to ball park the HOA's (some are almost a house pymt on their own!) and I don't know if this is possible but the round "make things look bigger lense" is no bueno. I know things look bigger but maybe drop it if you can? expectations and all that. Thanks again for the tour I appreciate you showing these more affordable units.
