2015 Vauxhall Vivaro Alternator and auxiliary belt replacement
Please excuse and jump over all my mistakes, my English and so on as this is my first post...

Very useful video which helped a lot and saved a bundle of time finding things out. I should point out that we found that the alternator would just drop out of the bottom without removing the front end as previously pointed out. Just remove the wheel arch liner as you suggest, we did it with the wheel in situ as I only have ramps, and the back undertray and it is quite easy after that not to mention reassembly only took ten minutes with just the wheel arch liner and the back undertray to put back on. My Vivaro is just a basic Sport model without air con so it is possible that it has a different, smaller alternator to yours although they do look the similar. We still would have struggled without your video so thank you very much for uploading it.
Good info, thanks. Just done my alternator on my 2015 Trafic without having to remove the bumper, lights or move the radiator but I do not have aircon so maybe a little note to people who don’t have aircon pipes and compressor in the way that it can be removed from underneath after removing the under tray. Thanks again for the post.

Just done mine without removing all this stuff. Have aircon as well but all i did was remove the wheel arch liner, turbo intercooler pipe and the small sensor bracket from the front of the engine and tied it to one side. Very tight squeeze but is possible if you're careful and don't rush. Probably harder to remove than refit
Have dismantled today and removed and replaced the alternator. Anyone have a diagram of the belt though 😂
Just removed alternator today, mine has AC….you don’t need to take half the van apart to get it out. Just remove the complete airbox, washer bottle pipe and the plastic bracket above the headlight and wiggle it out that side……Stripping half the van down? No need.
Lazy people always creative 😀 (no offence). Don't want to know how you get it out without pulling the radiator away and not damaging it
