I found it interesting that in the video Sappphire had more of the butterflies than Ruby, despite the fact that she seems more calm and measured.
All the potential futures overwhealming her.
I feel like its ruby's anger hints in the song lyrics "all these little things seem to matter so much" and sapphire becoming overwhelmed
You really gotta pay attention to the littler things of the show to know why personally for me how I interpreted it was sapphire could see futures where thing just simply went wrong and she always felt like it was her fault cause she can see the future and couldn’t stop it.

I don't know if this is what it's meant to be but I'm hearing this in regards to anxiety "All these little things seem to matter so much" what I get from it is Hyper focusing on things that aren't necessarily important but still tends to drag you down and make mental health worse. So, when I read the title 'Here comes a thought' and when I hear those lines It's like saying "Oh.. here comes another thought". It sounds like the character singing this song (Garnet) is saying "Hey those are just thoughts, they aren't as big of a deal as you think they are, give yourself a break

I think it's great the messages SU puts out in a lot of their songs. If you heard this song without watching the show, you'd think 'oh!
