Install APK Files on Chromebook without Developer Mode

If you've ever tried sideloading APKs on your Chromebook, you know you've got to enter developer mode, which requires a factory reset. you must remove the white protect screw so that developer mode can work, if you activate developer mode without removing the white protect screw, then developer mode will not be activated even if you try many times
