Sh. Jatinder Cheema (Jay) is #Lawyer (India), #Barrister&Solicitor (Ont. #Canada) and #Advocate in the SADC Region (#Africa), he practices law in various High Courts of India, the Supreme Court, regulatory authorities, and the Arbitral Tribunals. He is a visiting faculty to various prestigious institutions, and regularly writes on developments in domestic and international law in law journals, national and international publications. In the year 2022 he was awarded the prestigious #SKochLawAward for his exemplary service to law.
He is a follower of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, and has held various positions of service including that of District President, State Service Coordinator, State President of Delhi-NCR, the National Vice-President, Member of the National Council of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, India, and Member Secretary, Sri Sathya Sai International Centre, New Delhi.
