An engineer turned litigator Mr J Sai Deepak practices as an arguing counsel primarily before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from IIT Kharagpur’s Law School in 2009, and has carved a niche for himself as a litigator in civil, commercial and constitutional matters. He has been part of several landmark cases, such as those related to the Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple, and is also the counsel for the royal family of Kashi in the case demanding a constitutional review of the Places of Worship Act, 1991.
In 2019, he was awarded the Young Alumni Achiever’s Award by his alma mater IIT Kharagpur. Apart from delivering scholarly lectures on constitutional issues, he writes prolifically for leading newspapers and magazines. He is author of the bestselling first book of the Bharat Trilogy, "India, That Is Bharat: Coloniality, Civilisation, Constitution."
While he is a much sought after speaker in the current times on issues related to Bharat's culture, constitution and civilisation, what most of us do not know is that he was born with the Divine blessing of Bhagawan and in fact shares his birthday with Swami Himself. In this conversation he opens his heart to share what Swami means to him and how without Bhagawan's indelible Presence in his life he would not have been where he is today.

My whole existence is a blessing of Satya Sai baba, one child prior to me had already died in my mother's womb and my heartbeat had stopped. Dr said that I am dead, before abortion my mother & other family members decided to visit putparti for baba's darshan. After that before the abortion my masi called my nanaji & said that baba came in her dream & told her that the child is a girl, alive & healthy.... AND suddenly my heart was beating again! the doctors simply said it was a miracle...................... In 2020 I was 12 & desperately wanted a sister and pleaded in front of baba for just two days, later my mother told me it was impossible and I lost all hope. In 2022
we shifted, & since it was not possible one way baba send us a lovely injured dog which was a girl! We rescued her & she is now my lovely little sister and a part of our family.

When i was doing my 3 rd std, myself with siblings used to attend Balavikas class at Nandanam conducted by Smt. Rajam Kailasam Mami . We inculcated all the good habits required for a true life. We were the first BV students. Later i too became an Assistant Guru and conducted class for BV students. Even now following Swamy's words maximum possible. Swamy gave three hundred rupees to my brother who did Swamy's room duty and preserving it till date. Swamy please bless us to be with you always and follow your words in full and for ever 🙏

I have visited Shirdi Sai Baba at the Shirdi and at Brindavanan, I was personally blessed by Baba on my Wedding by accepting my first wedding card.

When I first listened to a few talks of JSai Deepak I knew this guy had a very solid and positively strong grassroots. He is a very clear headed, intelligent, objective, fair and positive person who has a deep understanding of his culture, tradition, community, the nation as a whole. And an Indian who calls India as Bharat gains my immediate respect. Absolutely agree with your view of "consumption with conscience and use of power with restraint" are simple yet very powerful statement that can bring about the change we all wish for this planet. Sorry, I would like to understand why you use the word “aggressively”, as in italian and english this word means violently. This is not what Swami was teaching, as He is and will ever be the Embodiment of Pure Divine Love… Can it be that in India the word has taken another meaning? I know that in business there are many aggressive managers, these are not following Swami but their own egoism, that is a plague or cancer in Occidental countries, I hope Bharat will never imitate that devilish ignorant way.
Bharat will become the leader because real leadership follows the 5 human values Swami teaches: Truth, Righteousness , Love, Peace and No-violence. I am European and living in Italy, many friends, family members follow Swami. I am eternally thankful to Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the Purnavatar in 3 incarnations. I went to Him in 1994 after a dream in 1993 and other 3 times.
