I am going fishing on the delta soon would you have any tips for fishing for sturgeon?
Get some fresh salmon roe, eel, and or ghost shrimp.
Finally seeing someone on TH-cam with left handed retrieves!
Everytime I take my accurate in to get spooled the guys at fisherman's warehouse all comment on my reel being lefty retrieve.
And all I have to say to them is it doesn't make sense for someone right handed to use a right handed retrieve. I want my power hand on the rod not the reel.

It helps keep the boat straight when the tide is weak.

@@willisbrow it’s called a drift sock you can get one on Amazon. Or you can use a bucket to accomplish the same thing.

Thanks. The rod holders are call monasteries rod holders. The mount that they are on are called traxtech. I like it because you can move the rod holders around.

I have the valiant 400, awesome reel. I'm looking into the 500 narrow, do you think line capacity is enough on that reel? Plan using 65lb braid
Get the 400, don’t think twice about it. You will get at least 300 yards 65lb braid. If you want more line capacity get the 500. Not the narrow.

Looks like a super calm day on the delta. I have a small boat so in that open water it can get rough. How fast do you think the wind was that day in mph if you had to guess? Thanks.
It was windy when we started then it died down to 5mph. Don’t go more than 8mph wind. If the wind is going with the tide then its pretty calm like in this video. If the wind is going against the tide and greater than 8 mph it’s not fun.
