This is one of the most informative S&C videos I've ever seen. Deserves much more reach.

Awesome content thanks for the explanation. I’ve always struggled with the difference between extensive and intensive plyos. I don’t think I can ever forget the difference now 😂

Love it bro , super interesting , it reminds me I did a program from Joël Smith called Vertical Ignition, and there was a sound progression of depth drops/speed depth jumps/ depth jumps and a lot of extensive plyos to build a base, and then move to more intense work, just to say experts know their stuff 💯💯

Do you think there would be any problem if you were to do one of these on current athletes that upload their own training vlogs such as Mathias Hove Johansen or Julian Forte? I think it would be extremely interesting if you were to give your thoughts on their training practices. Thanks for the awesome content btw.

@@StrengthCoachNetwork lol, you referring to Mathias? He's a Norwegian sprinter. Forte I'm pretty sure you know who he is.

Triphasic Training Cal Dietz from University of Minnesota. Very similar principles if not a few of the same

Do you have proof for Werner having a twin brother? Couldn't find any article and I speak German. Thank you

What’s the typical split of fibres in the general population / untrained athletes?

Depends on genetics - but most likely more ST than FT
