When it comes to BIGBANG's Japanese album, TOP and GD rap in full english while DAESUNG, TAEYANG and SEUNGRI sing in full Japanese. It's because in their early years, TOP and GD's Japanese is not that good so they have to rap in english. So the album is in Jap-Eng.
This song is part of their Japanese album or single. When they do Japanese albums, TOP and GD's parts are in English. They wrote their own part to fit into the songs. This is early Bigbang, GD and TOp weren't fluent in Japanese at that time.
