The Middle Fork is my favorite float. But next time you have to include the Spruce Park and Three Forks rapids which are the most exciting on the whole river. They really aren't too dangerous as long as you scout out your line first.

Haven't swam yet, but I really think that's because my raft is usually so waterlogged it can't tip over. 😅 Thanks for watching!
