On the floor bolts I use a 1" hole saw. Drill a 1" hole in a 1/2" plywood as a guide. Remove the drill bit when drilling the floor. Center the 1/2" hole over the bolt head. You can tell when you are through the wood or mark it with tape. Cutting the bolt off is easy then.
Have a question.i have a 20' Airstream glad I looked at your vid first.I am not doing a frame off just the plywood.i have been looking at the walls as demo has evolved can tell the floor continues under them. After watching your vid I'm really concerned about loosening the support for the entire shell didn't know about the bolts going threw the wood for structure support of the the inside frame I do have rott by all windows what are your thoughts William
