The most dangerous people in a pub fight I have learned is everyone else standing around, putting sly punches in while your 'busy'. Brilliant channel m8. Good real advise. Peace.
This is a "stay frosty and keep your head on a swivel" situation. Because the best plan and thorough training could go right out the window once you get blindsided by a right hook.

Mark, for street defense, is it better to do fight training and bodybuilding or only fight training? I have watched "Bodybuilder vs skinny guy" but found it to be a bit hard to draw a conclusion. Your answer is the only one I trust. Great channel as always
To be honest, some sort of fight training will be better for self defence than bodybuilding. The point I was making on that video. Was that mass if not trained, could affect your ability to punch with speed and stamina. Just an observation from coaching people. Thanks for watching.
#FIGHTBOSS Going with that last bit, any videos currently out there from the channel on sucker punches, what to look out, etc. Or if not, maybe you could do one? I remember seeing a video from Nick Hughes on them a while back, thought the material might be interesting to explore.
Thank you, I subscribed. I have two addicts (no awareness) that are trying to jump me. I was attacked by the one the other day who is my friend I tried to help but he gets on so much Xanax he gets that rage and he attacked me and I got all the him bottom line and I know it's Pride that I hurt in him because I am such a peaceful guy and I don't like to fight because that's my old life. I used to be an addict also that's why I care for them. Anyway I think tonight they were trying to set me up I'm thinking about carrying my knife on me that are actually buying a baton because I don't want to stab anybody. Being concerned that there is not thinking straight I don't know how far they would go in an attack. I would like to defend myself Oh, My First Defense has been prayer. I know my father has my back, but I'm not sure about the free-will I'm new to the spiritual game. Do you have any advice I could really use it
I did 3vs1, 5vs1 and 20vs1. Best way to defend yourself in my experience is acting extremely wild and immediately knocking out someone as it scared the others away. Make it bloody.
. Objects in the street are pretty good if you get the chance to utilize them - slam them (into those fan things in the background), or the lamp-posts idk, like grabbing their hair or clothes and pulling them into the lamp posts (like if your'e are kid playing chase in the playground and you hide behind the teacher)
The stated awareness and theory is alright but the actual application in the first example twice devolved into a clinch wherein, if the "attackers" were really trying to grab, odds on are that you'd be grabbed by the shirt and pulled down so the other attacker could get you.
Hello! I have one question. I'm a guy with no problems and not looking for the with anyone ever. But sometimes the troubles finds you. So, i was in a scenario when my ex girlfriend wanted to run with a guy in secret, but i figured it out and try to speak with her. But she was "in-recogniseble" as the girl i fell in love. Anyway, i never touched her, never harassed her, never hit her, i just shout at her to leave me alone and to go with the guy who met. In the next minutes, she got to work and i got to sleep because i was tired from the night before and because i was working as a bartender till late. I woked up and she was not home at the hour i knew she will come back from work. My plan was to go to my workplace and to call her from somebody of my friends because i had no credit on phone to call her (to apologise about the "fired up conversation we had late that day, and maybe there are still chances to do something with our relationship. Because it was too suddenly, too suspicious, too weird for her to think like this in one day) . When i was about to dress, i heard the key in the entrance door, i was released(finally she's home and we can talk and put an end to all the bullshit, and be happy again). But when i got closer to the living room, i saw in the hallway's mirror 4 big guys with tattoos, smelling of alcohol and weed. My heart started to bump very fast, and one guy grabbed me and forced me to take a sit on the chair. They surrounded me and started to talk about "why i'm abusing her at home, because they are her friends". I was in shock hearing thenlies from their mouths and i really tried to explain that this is a mistake and i never touched her. I saw on their face that they knew i was right, but they really wanted to hurt me, because one of them was the guy she wanted to be with, but she couldn't because of me. Anyway, i tried to speak, to be gentle, to be calm, and explaining nice. But they didn't cared about this. Suddenly one guy tried to hit me and i dodged. The other guys jumped on me and started to hit me, and the guy "involved" with her said "Don't hit him on the face".. I tried to shout at her, asking for help and tell them to stop, but she was just watching. They leaved and came back after a few hours and break into the house with her help and beat me again because i was at the police. The police did nothing because i had no witnesses.. And sometimes i ask if something similar will happen again. SO: What you guys would you do in that situation? How could you handle that? Without the help of the police by not having sufficinet evidence.
Maybe a toilet seat with the lid is the ultimate shield/weapon/means of distraction? - you can punch through it and they can't punch you back (through the lid), you can hit them with it and shield yourself, and hopefully they'll just roll on the floor laughing instead of trying to beat you up. And when it's all over you can just have sit down anywhere with a hole and relax. I know - back to the drawing board...
Which plays it even more in your favour.... think as to why.... 2 people in a tight space are 1 behind the other... they are less likely to get behind and land the sucker punch...

normally you wont have so much open space to fight 2 people.. so You wont have space to move the way you did....
Which plays it even more in your favour.... think as to why.... 2 people in a tight space are 1 behind the other... they are less likely to get behind and land the sucker punch...
This strategy has worked for me in tight spaces. Feel free to suggest a better strategy. I'm open minded and willing to learn.
