Throw in Axel,Stringer(longevity of play alone n two HC medals, think he'll be HOF material when hes 60).That English team essentially won the RWC in 03. Hoping everyones keeping safe and listening to Woods state of the union on OTB radio show. Hope they can speed up the game n bring back some of the joy of early(ish) prof rugby.

Wallace was a savage backrow aswell. Ireland front row and second row improved a lot since then.
I think you'd have to say it's this present team that are the best ever. Series win in NZ, 2023 Grand Slam, Maintained no. 1 position in the world.
@@SMacCuUladh Yeah it's hard to disagree with that. Ireland have always had some outstanding players but the current crop looks formidable.
