I always do it while I’m laying down watching tv or something like that. It helps them stop growing and mine disappear the next day. Hope it works!! 🥰

As soon as I feel that tingle in my lip I take L-Lysine (2 pills) and I apply ice to the area immediately. This has helped so much to stop the cold sore from forming. I’m not sure if you’ve heard this already but just wanted to share! :)

Hi Toni! Love you as a person and your videos. A tip for your cold sores try this herb called Epazote. You boil the leaves in water ,then you place a leaf on the area and leave it on for about 10 minutes daily. I guarantee you will not have a break out anymore. My sister in law suffered from cold sores until she tried this herb. Never again did it come back. Let me know if it works for you! 😉

Toni try the Shiseido eyelash curler. I didn’t believe all the hype behind it and thought what difference could it really make? And wow was I wrong it’s amazing and worth every penny. Makes curling so much easier and doesn’t pinch my eyelids. Also can you do a loungewear haul?? Maybe some more affordable pieces. I think you did one recently and was kinda high end pieces. Please do one of your favorite joggers, hoodies, crew necks, crop tops etc. Quarantine has us all feeling a little frumpty dumpty and it’s amazing how much a cute outfit can boost your mood!

I’ve done this bleach method too. The biggest tip I have is to undo the rubber bands and check the placement of the bleach before you wash it out. The rubber bands have a tendency to create big gaping missing spots on the clothes so you’ll have big blank spots. Then you can just add bleach to spots as needed. Also make sure your using mostly cotton blends cuz fabrics like polyester won’t work and absorb the bleach the same way
Anytime i get a fever i get a cold sore... Nothing has ever worked ever!!! I heard lemon essential oil worked so i uses it on one and it burned like a mother but it workes it was gone within 48 hrs! Next time i got one i uses the burts bees cuticle stuff its in a little Chapstick pot thing but it has lemon oil in it... That doesn't burn at all and works just dont get it in ur mouth lol i feel u girl ive had the same problems my whole life!
the best way to use the nars liquid blush imo is twisting the cap off and just taking what you need from the tube rather than pumping it (the pump gives way too much product) :)

I’m Mediterranean too and used to get cold sores all the time but my doctor prescribed valcylovir. Take it as soon at first sign and it never develops fully. Oh and they reoccur waaaay less now.
If you’re not against medications, I’d go talk to a doc about your cold sores. I was getting them once a month because my period and stress would bring it on and it was so frequent that it was starting to mess with my lip line cuz it would scar. My doc prescribed me acyclovir, an antiviral, and it COMPLETELY STOPS THEM. I haven’t had a full blown cold sore breakout in years. A couple times I can feel one coming on (tingling, itching, start getting a bump) and I just take 3 times my normal dose (yes, my doc said to for breakouts) and it never even pusses up. It goes away in 2 days.
