If you’re eating alone and u start choking theres a self heimlich maneuver you can do with a chair. You can probably find it online. I learned it in CPR training. 😊 Hope it helps 🙈
Gonna look this up! I once was choking on a piece of landjaeger sausage, my dumb awful friends at the time just said ‘ew stop’ not realizing that I was choking and not gagging.. I ended up pulling the landjaeger out of my throat myself by my finger tips via the casing it was so scary
was going to say the same thing! Luckily I've never needed to use this- but it exists! definitely something to know!
When I was 21 and working at Hooters, me and some of the girls were eating in the office. Someone had ordered oysters so I decided to try one and it ended up getting stuck in my throat! My manager was on a phone call and thought that I was being dramatic because I didn’t like the oyster until one of the girls realized that I was choking. He literally dropped the phone and did the Heimlich maneuver on me, and the oyster shot straight across the room. We had cameras in the office and it was so funny when we rewatched the video 😂 it’s been 7 years and some of my girlfriends still bring it up
I’ll also add that I’m so happy you stood up for what believe is right. Some people are so insensitive 😔
P.s. you can buy a glasses repair kit on amazon for cheap. I bought one to fix a pair of my Celines and it was super easy.

Hey Toni, just a tip for the bioré strips. I use them and they work really well. For best results always do it after a long shower so your pores are really open, then wet your nose and the sides of it with warm water, immediately put the strip, use your nails or I use a makeup tool like a little metal spatula to really glue the strip on the skin, sides of the nose and all, that way the product will really stick to what has to come out. Then wait for the strip to be hard and dry and remove.👍🏻

Don’t be shy, expose the influencer. But really I can’t believe someone would say that. It’s one thing to not want to bring awareness yourself or not care for a matter but to tell someone else to basically not stand up for this important movement is just disgusting to see.
