    बैंक द्वारा की गई घर की नीलामी में अगर आपने(नॉन हिमाचली) बोली लगा कर घर खरीद लिया,उसके बाद 118 के अंतर्गत जाना होगा या बैंक को अथॉरिटी है नॉन हिमाचली के नाम रजिस्ट्री करने की।

    Please tell I had taken flat on 99 yrs lease in 2017, I was given right to sublease and mortgage with any bank,finance company etc for taking loan, but now lease has been stopped please guide me can I sub lease according to right given to me under lease agreement registered by Himachal Pradesh government, but sub registrar office telling site for any kind of lease can't be opened in computer,sir right to property was fundamental right which has been made now an constitutional rights, under which law can this constitutional rights to property can be snatched by any government circular,this tanency act was enacted by vidhansabha of Himachal Pradesh,how can any change can be effected by the government by an circular, only vidhansabha can make any amendments, please guide

    How Kangana Rawat Sani Deol and so many I suppose 100S of people have purchased their own properties and made form houses in Himachal Pradesh especially in Manali how they have been given permission is it like that rich people get and poor will not get this is not fair no equality no just total corruption

      Mil jayega but Niwasi ( Domicile ) milne ka chance kam hota hai Aur Zameen ke area pe depend karta hai baki wo waha ke govt. Officer aprove karte hain
