Literally just starting to be a PT after getting qualified! I haven't even watched the video but I appreciate you James! Cheers :)

Amazing video brother, I'm in the self improvement space and started my channel 6 months ago. It's the best thing you can ever do, it sets you apart from your competition. Even though I'm not a PT, I love to learn from other people who are killing it. Especially when it comes to building your brand and time management. Building a name for yourself organically is the hardest thing on the internet BUT it has the best possible ROI. Greetings from Poland!

The title split testing on this video is mental James 👏 Fair play.

As a trainer for 10+ years, this is probably the best video any PT can ever watch

I’m not a PT, and will never be one, but the principles shared in this video can be applied to so many career paths. Great stuff James!!

Evening James, thanks for continuing to push me towards action, I spoke to Morris last week, honestly was a little underwhelmed but haven’t given up on joining mentorship, I just need to do more research and determine suitability for business idea. I’ll keep absorbing your advice 🤙

I disagree on the need for in person as far as “there is just some stuff people don’t say online”
As an online coach this comes down to learning how to ask the right questions that will get these types of answers out of people

All sound advice, but I would say that typically getting clients from 11-2 can be very challenging on an every day basis. And if you need the money which most PTs do the normal diary is like a few in the morning, one or two at lunch and then a few in the evening.
If you don’t NEED the money all well and good to look for clients for specific times but that is incredibly challenging to find.
Other than that, all good advice

don't do it. former PT of six years here, ran 30-40 sessions per week, did online coaching and even worked as my gym's PT manager. you're gonna be chasing shadows unless you are a massive anomaly like james here. the industry is set up to churn new trainers like a meat grinder - especially in big box gyms who will literally hire anyone as long as they can lock them into an unbreakable 12 month rent franchise agreement.
everyone is broke and miserable, so they lean heavy into narcissism, exercise addiction, eating disorders, jealousy, gossip and drama. i have never seen as many people in unstable relationships or single and childless in middle age as i did working at a gym and looking around at the management, trainers and reception staff.
finally left the industry completely, did a 12 week tech bootcamp and now work as a data engineer making twice as much as i did as a fully booked PT with none of the drama or BS.

Another quality video, information gold mine. The strange thing is, a lot of what you speak about even here isn’t aimed at my industry, but could be applied in some way, shape or form. Thanks again James 🫡
