Best invader experience so far!
For anyone who may be interested, this is what I use for my creations.

Have to ask; whats with the fish eye view?
Yeah, I was trying something different to see if it was worth it, but it messes with my ancient eyes too much. Gone back to my regular view now. 👓
PC players have the option to widen their FOV up to 120°.

This is a well-trodden argument and unfortunately, it will never be level play. If I play authentic, the invader still gets to keep their mini-map and hence will know pretty much where I am. The other issue I've found is that invaders will flee the mission when they realize it's on authentic 99% of the time and I don't have the time to wait for someone who is willing to play this mode. The one thing I do to try to help an invader, is to not lay traps. I hate invading someone and getting blown up in the first few minutes (or seconds!).

Authentic is not for everyone. But I agree with you that Rebellion should think about improve the focus mode. For advanced and in special coop-players the advantage is to great.
But in this case it seems everybody had fun - so all good.
See my reply above. The majority of noobs seem to flee the game when they find it is in authentic.
@@Marco_BlackForest The thing I find is, that even with all the advantages given, some invaders still do very well, as is the case in this game. Starship got both of us once and one of us a few times as well. As you said though, we all had fun regardless and that's what the end result should be.
@@WombatCombat-YT You are right, there won't be the perfect solution.
But what I would change for the invaded:
- at the first invasions they should get some help - invasion mode and focus tutorial, I remember good my "first time"
- authentic should be authentic for all - also for the invader - minimap off, maybe a better diagnostic system for dead bodies
For the invader:
- limited use of the phones for the invaded or also a timelimit between uses (2-3mins)
- focus limited maybe in time or only shows the direction
- invasion phones should show both snipers in coop
But at the end it's a great mode, don't want to complain more. If anyone feels not good he can leave the game or end the invasion.
I also use all possibilties I have. Don't hate the player, hate the game... 😄
@@Marco_BlackForest Yes, I think just showing direction and when invader is close would be enough. Seeing through walls is a huge advantage.

@@NeverendingAdventuresBeyond It's worth checking out her channel @burtonizer- She used to stream live invasions for subscribers only on a Saturday (PST), but has recently moved to multiplayer No Cross so that more people can play at the same time. We have a lot of fun there and you'd be most welcome.
