It's funny you mentioned Attack on Titan, because the entire concept of sending an expedition of those doomed to die the next year out reminded me so much of the Survey Corp going out beyond the Walls.
My eyes. Light mode. Upper-right corner click your avatar > Look down to Appearance: Device Theme > Dark mode. Will help both your monitor or laptop battery life which ever you're on. Anyways, I hope it's good and not a disappointment so we can rub it into Square Enix's face yet again that turn base is still alive and well thanks to Baldur's Gate 3 and maybe this title if it's all good. My only gripe is the setting is Europe unless it's just a fantasy world with a European setting I'm fine with that I just don't want it to be patterned after this world. Those fantasy aesthetics looking real sweet and looks like they took inspiration from (the real Final Fantasy 13 we should of got) Lost Odyssey, the FF10 battle system, Persona 5's menu's, Super Mario RPG and Lost Odyssey's button pressing engagement during battle.
Lost odyssey is a such an underrated game. If those were the games they really took inspiration, Im execting this to be the best Turn based game in Years 😤
Oh no... who's going to tell you that in vast majority of turn based RPG setting is medieval Europe with fantasy inserted in? Or in RPGs in general. If you didn't even pay attention to the trailer then here's the setting: Belle Époque France, about 100-150 into the past but fantasy if it was'n obvious from all the supernatural, floating objects, unnatural looking things...
@@spugelo359 Oh look a descendant of caveman who got triggered. Should I have mentioned how areas like it smells like piss and feces? The amount of body odor too. Are they still having to ask to take a dang bath? Anyways, whose people were actually at the bottom of society (where you people will be in the near future once again) in real medieval times when the Moors and other people of color were ruling Europe (or should I rightfully say Western Asia) only because of white supremacy and the white washing they've done in Europe even using media brainwashing people into the belief that Caucasians were always native to it when that could not be so further from the truth. To make RPG's setting more authentic to the real thang? Anyways, this lie has continued to be spread well into Japan's surrender during WW2. Their rise in economics and so forth brought up some many Japanese creators becoming fascinated with medieval western stuff including the paper RPG's. When the truth finally comes out as it is doing right now what are you going to be left with to be proud in? We'll see if you have that same energy.
